Your carrier accounts, one place to ship from

Ship connects the carrier accounts you already hold and runs the work around every parcel: booking, labels, tracking, cash on delivery and pickups.

  1. Connect your carriers

Add each carrier with your own account details. Corridant tests the connection with the carrier before it books, keeps the credentials encrypted, and never shows a secret again once it is entered.

  2. Book

Book a shipment for an order with the service you choose. Each booking carries the order's own reference, so the shipment can always be found from the order.

  3. Labels

Print the label as soon as the carrier confirms the booking, and print it again whenever you need another copy.

  4. Tracking

Corridant reads each shipment's progress from the carrier on a schedule, and at once when the carrier pushes an update. Every carrier's statuses become the same states.

  5. Cash on delivery

Set a cash-on-delivery amount and it goes to the carrier with the booking, exactly as entered.

  6. Pickups

Ask the carrier to collect from your location, where the carrier offers pickups.

  7. Carrier updates

Carriers that push updates send them to Corridant's own address. A push only makes Corridant read that shipment again from the carrier. It never books, cancels or changes anything by itself.

One set of states

Whatever the carrier calls it, a shipment is in one of these states.
